Moving towards each other: Antiracism Revolution (3 credits)

Presented by Nathalie Edmond, Psy.D., RYT-500

What if we imagined exploring ourselves as racial beings as an act of love for ourselves and our communities. What if conversations about race and racism were grounded in love and curiosity and it allowed us to move towards each other; supporting each other not only in surviving but moving towards thriving and collective liberation. In this workshop we will explore ourselves as racial beings, not just intellectually but in a mindful and embodied way. We will build our capacity for compassion and accountability on the antiracism journey.

2 hour video plus 30 minutes of writing and self reflection.
