This is a huge opportunity for you to be a part of a peer support team that not only helps our clients, but us therapists too.

Be part of a team that helps each other be the best at using our disciplines to strengthen Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills and help our clients create a life worth living.

This is for people who are using DBT in their practice or want to, who have a fair to excellent knowledge of the skills.

If you have no previous knowledge of DBT, at a minimum read the DBT Skills Training Manual by Marsha Linehan.  If this is all new to you, it is also suggested that you take the class DBT: Practical Life Skills Reinforced through Music Therapy to learn about DBT and how to apply your discipline.

In this group you will:

  • Connect with new ideas
  • Be a part of a team that helps each other brainstorm about difficult situations
  • Practice skills in a new light
  • The list goes on and on.

Think about how amazing we can be together, sharing and learning from each other

YES. Together we are better.

Sometimes I wish I had someone to discuss a skill or an experience with.

Have you ever felt that way?

In DBT they have consultation team meetings where the staff of a DBT team meet to discuss patients, issues, and DBT related things.

This CMTE consists of  our very own disciplines gathering monthly through an interactive online platform (zoom) for DBT consultation team meetings designed in a way that addresses the needs of our members!
